Everywhere

While spring is not my favorite season on Mackinac Island, it is a wonderful time of year. In addition to the parade of tulips and the lilacs opening, the woods are full of trillium.

Mackinac Island wildflowers: one of my favorite things about spring...

My favorite time of the year is Fall with all the orange, red, and brown leaves. That trillium is a very pretty flower.
Happy Wednesday!

Beautiful! I remember a trip through the UP one spring and the trillium were blooming all along Highway 2.

I can't wait to see the trillium. I don't think I've ever noticed them anywhere else I've visited except Mackinac Island!

Those are so pretty! Has it been hot up there? We're roasting. I've been longing for some cool lake breezes!

I have been away too long!

This is the best shot of trillium I have seen in a long time! Well done!

Ours do not have the frilly edges - beautiful.
